Semi-Private (2 people) uses reformer, half trapeze & mat:
$40 per person

Mat Pilates is a series of floor exercises that can be performed anywhere, which makes it great for anytime workouts and when you travel.

Pilates Reformer training offers the even greater challenge of added resistance through springs on the equipment.  The springs provide support and resistance that allows an individual to find and enhance their core connection in a way that is difficult fo do on the mat alone.  Because of this, the equipment works better and faster to change the body!
